Plamen Paskalev (Wrestling, 2003-03, 2004-06)
Paskalev was a three-time All-American for Mules wrestling, placing fourth in 2003 at heavyweight, third at 197 pounds in 2005 and was an undefeated National Champion at 197 pounds in 2006. He became the fourth individual national champion in Mules Wrestling history and first to go undefeated with a perfect 18-0 record. He ranks ninth in a single season with 17 pins and ranks first in school history in winning percentage at .928 with a 64-5 career mark. He was a two-time Olympian for his native Bulgaria, placing 4th at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.
