General Media Information
The Athletic Communications office at the University of Central Missouri is ready to assist the working media in any way possible.
When requesting game day credentials, we urge you to do so at least three days in advance. In making interview requests, we ask for at least 24 hours notice (preferably more). Advance notice on both items will help ensure that your request will be handled efficiently.
Interview Requests
Out-of-town or local media wishing to interview University of Central Missouri student-athletes or coaches should contact the athletic communications office with their requests. Cell phone numbers for student-athletes will not be provided. Please do not contact a student-athlete or coach without scheduling the interview through the athletic communications office. Please note: Not all interview requests may be granted.
Postgame Interviews
If a credentialed media member is wanting to conduct a postgame interview with any UCM coach or student-athlete(s), they are asked to notify the on-site athletic communications staff member BEFORE the contest begins. Following a mandatory, 10-minute cooling off period, requested coaches and UCM student-athletes may be available for postgame interviews.
