Megan Leonard

Leonard was a First Team All-MIAA selection in both of her seasons with Jennies Softball. As a senior she was the MIAA Pitcher of the Year and a Third Team All-American and as a junior she was a Second Team All-Region selection. She is the Jennies' all-time leader in ERA with a 1.07 earned run average, she is second in career strikeouts with 592, just 47 shy of the all-time record, which is held by a four-year player. She ranks second in shutouts (21), fourth in saves (5), fourth in winning percentage (.745, 38-13), sixth in innings pitched (393.2) and eighth in career wins (38). She holds the top two single-season strikeout marks in UCM history, including 303 her junior season. Her 20 wins in 2008 are the fifth most in a single-season in program history. As a senior in 2009, she led the Jennies to their first MIAA title since 2002.
