Chris Matlock

Matlock was a two-time All-American closer, earning First Team honors in 2009 and second team in 2008. He was the 2009 National, Regional and MIAA Pitcher of the Year. He was a two-time First Team All-MIAA selection. He still holds the MIAA single-season (14) and career (25) saves record. His 1.19 ERA in 2009 is fourth best in a single-season in Mules Baseball history while his 1.72 career ERA is second best. He holds the single-season appearances record with 33 and is seventh all-time at UCM with 64 career appearances.
