Margie Nielsen – Women’s Basketball (1978-80)
Named to All-Region squad in 1979-80, Nielsen was Most Valuable Player of the Missouri Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women State Tournament. In addition she was named to the All-Decade Team (1970-80) and to the Silver Anniversary Team (1970-95). Ranked16^th in school history in scoring (1,077 points), she is second in career scoring average (18.9 ppg), third in field goal percentage (.542), and second in rebounding average (10.5).
