Mandee Berg virtually rewrote the Central Missouri State softball record book during her career from 1994-97. A four-time All-MIAA selection (second-team in 1994 and 1995, first-team in 1996 and 1997), she holds the Jennies career records for appearances (132), complete games (78), innings pitched (671.7), wins (85), win percentage (.794), saves (12), lowest earned-run average (1.26), shut outs (23), strikeouts (639), and strikeouts per seven innings (6.67).
Berg received the Vernon Kennedy Award as outstanding athlete at Central and was named MIAA Most Valuable Player in 1997, and earned All-America honors in 1994 (third-team), 1996 (third-team), and 1997 (second-team).
