Jeff Sander – Men’s Track & Field (1996-99)
A first-ballot inductee, Sander was the 1998 and 1999 NCAA Division II decathlon champion and a 10-time All-American. Sander earned All-America honors four-times in the decathlon, three times in the indoor high jump (1996, 1997, 1999), twice in the indoor pole vault (1998, 1999), and once in the indoor 55-meter dash (1999). He holds the Mules’ indoor record for the pentathlon (4,088 points) and the outdoor mark for decathlon (7636 points), and is the only athlete in school history to compete in all eight national meets throughout his college career.
