Cross Country: Competed in all five meets for the Mules as a senior ... 2014-15
Cross Country: Ran in all six races for the Mules in 2014 … Was UCM’s top finisher at the NCAA Central Region Championship, running the 10K course in 32:41.70 and placing 30th … Placed 27th at the MIAA Championships running 26:06.00 and was the Mules fourth finisher … Set a new PR in the 8K at the Southwest Baptist Invitational, running 26:03.09 … Had three top-10 finishes including a sixth place finish at the UCM Mule Run, running 20:40.55 for 6.4K … Earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Ran the 3,000m and 5,000m races at the MIAA Championships … Finished ninth in the 5,000m running 15:25.92 and 17th in the 3,000m running a personal-best 8:54.05 … Set a new indoor PR 5,000m with a time of 5:23.78 at the MSSU Lion Invite …

Outdoor Track: Ran both the 5,000m and 10,000m at the conference championship … Placed 11th in the 10,000m with a new PR time of 32:37.85 … Placed 16th in 5K running 16:02.98 … Set a personal-best 15:18.47 for 5,000m at the PSU Invitational … Also set a personal-best in the 1500m, running 4:07.82 at the ESU Relays. 

2013-14
Cross Country: Placed 39^th at the MIAA Championships, completing the 8K race in a season-best 26:17.64 … Finished 15^th at the CMU Invitational and 27^th at the UCM Mule Run … Ran at the NCAA DII Championships, finishing the 10K in 33:07.08.
 
Indoor Track: Competed in the mile, 3K and 5K events during the season … Set PRs in the mile (4:34.72) and 3,000m (9:15.24) … Ran at the MIAA Championships and finished 24^th in the 5K in a season-best 16:10.23.
 
Outdoor Track: Took 18th place at the MIAA Championships in the 5K … Placed fourth at the UCMO Mule Relays in the 10,000m run with a PR time of 33:22.32 … Set PRs in the 1500m (4:08.73) and 5K (15:30.92).
 
2012-13
Cross Country: Ran in five races for the Mules … Was the eighth finisher at the MIAA Championships with a time of 27:47.98 in the 8K … Placed 23^rd in the Mule Run with a time of 22:13.70.
 
Indoor Track: Competed in the 3K at the UCM Classic, finishing eighth in 9:26.32.
 
Outdoor Track: Ran the 1500m and 5,000m races during the season … Had a season-best 4:11.27 in the 1500m at the Emporia State Relays to finish 18^th … Ran 16:03.83 for the 5K at the Wash U Invitational.
 
In High School: A four-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track & field at Shawnee Mission South High School ... Was an all-state performer helping his team to the conference and state championships.
