Cross Country: Ran in two meets for UCM … Set a personal-best in the 8K at the Missouri Southern Stampede, crossing the tape in 28:46.79.

Indoor Track: Ran at all three UCM home meets and set a personal-best 3K time of 9:40.09 … Finished second in the 5K at the Mule Relays running an indoor PR 16:56.91.

Outdoor Track: Set personal-bests at the two distances he competed in, running 4:33.22 for the 1500 at the ESU Relays and 16:34.32 for 5K at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown.

2014-15
Cross Country: Competed in three races during 2014 … Set a personal record in the 8K at the Southwest Baptist Invitational running 29:08.12 and placing 44th … Ran 23:44.41 for 6.4K at the UCM Mule Run.

Indoor Track: Ran three races, the 3,000m and 5,000m ... Ran a season-best 9:46.51 for 3K at the UCM Classic and 17:06.24 for 5K at the UCM Relays.

Outdoor Track: Twice ran the 5,000m and once competed in the 1500m ... Ran a 16:45.56 in the 5K at the UCM Mule Relays and set a PR in the 1500m at the ESU Relays, running 4:37.09.

2013-14
Cross Country: Competed in four meets … Ran a season-best 8K at the CMU Invitational, finishing in 30:14.17 … Placed 34^th at the SBU Twilight, running the 5K race in 18:15.11.
 
In High School: Was a two-year letterwinner for head coaches Joe Haug and Phil Yates at St. Dominic High School ... Helped his team to a conference championship.
