2016-17: (Indoor): Ran the longer sprint events for the Mules … Competed in the prelims of the 600 yard run at the MIAA Championships, finishing 10^th in 1:14.62 … Set a season-best in the event at the Pitt State Invitational, running 1:13.92 … Set an indoor personal-best for 400m, running 49.75 at the Pitt State Gorilla Classic … (Outdoor): Primarily ran the 400m and set a personal-best at the PSU Last Chance Qualifier, completing one lap in 49.51 … Ran at the MIAA Championships in the event and took 13^th place in 49.71 … Also set personal-bests in the 100m and 200m races at the SBU Invite, running 11.15 and 22.23, respectively … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2015-16: (Indoor): Finished seventh at the MIAA Championships in the 600 yard run, running 1:13.48 … Ran a personal-best in the event in the preliminary round of 1:12.61, tied for the eighth-fastest time in school history … Also ran on the fourth-place 4x400m relay team at the conference meet that ran 3:16.44 … Ran a season-best 7.27 for 100m and 50.62 for 400m at the Pittsburg State Invitational ... (Outdoor): Ran on both the 4x100 and 4x400m relay teams at the MIAA Championships … The 4x400m relay took second-place running an NCAA provisional-time of 3:13.12 and the 4x100 finished sixth, running 41.84 … Also ran the open 400m dash at the conference meet, taking 16^th place in a season-best time of 50.06 … Set a personal-best 11.24 for 100m and season-best 22.82 200m at the ESU Relays … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2014-15: (Indoor): Ran every event from 60m to 600 yards … Competed and scored for the Mules at the MIAA Championships in the 600 yard run, placing seventh in 1:15.30 … Ran a season-best 1:14.46 in the preliminary round at the conference meet … Placed second in the 200m dash at the UCM Classic with a season-best 22.97 … (Outdoor): Competed in three events at the MIAA Championships … Set personal-bests in the 200m dash (22.31) and 400m dash (49.71) placing 17th and 22nd, respectively … Also was a part of the sixth-place 4x100m relay which ran 42.20.

Before UCM: Received three varsity letters running at Waukee High School under Coach Brent Heitland … Was a part of the 2014 state championship team, where he ran legs on the winning 4x100m and 4x200m relay teams … Ran a leg on the state champion 4x400m relay team in 2013 … Named 2013 Elite All-State in the 200m, 4x100m and 4x200m relays … Named All-State in 2012 for the 400m dash, 4x400m and DMR relays.
