Cross Country: Ran in five races during the season ... Competed for UCM at the NCAA Regional Championships, finishing 82nd in 32:43.8 and was the third finisher for the Mules ... Finished 57th at the MIAA Championships, completing the 8K race in 26:51.8 ... Ran a personal-best 25:59.8 at the MSSU Southern Stampede.

Indoor Track:  Ran in two races during the indoor season setting indoor PR’s in the miles (4:35.37) and 3,000m (9:12.20).

Outdoor Track: Ran at five races and set personal-bests in three different events … Placed 14^th at the MIAA Championships in his first 10K race, running 33:23.66 … Ran a 16:01.37 5K at the MSSU Invitational and 4:16.16 1500 at the ESU Relays.

2014-15
Cross Country: Ran in five races including the MIAA Championship meet … Set personal-records in both the 8K and 6.4K races … Ran his best 8K at the St. Louis Pharmacy Fall Classic, completing the course in 26:48, finishing 13th … Finished 47th at the MIAA Championships … Set a PR in the 6.4K race at the UCM Mule Run , placing 18th in 21:39.34.

Indoor Track: Ran in four races competing in everything from the mile to the 5,000m … Set personal-bests in the mile (4:39.18) and 3,000m (9;14.39) …

Outdoor Track: Ran 4:22.00 for 1500m at the ESU Relays and 16:26.12 for the 5K at the PSU Invitational, both personal-bests.

2013-14
Cross Country: Competed in four races during the season … Best finish was a 17^th place effort at the SBU Twilight, completing the 5K course in 17:11.05 … Ran his best 8K at the Central Methodist Invitational in 28:05.56.

Indoor Track: Ran the 3K and 5K at UCM’s home meets ... Ran season-best 3K, 9:38.36 and 5K, 16:39.05.

Outdoor Track: Ran in four meets, competing in the 1,500m, 3K and 5K events ... Had season-best times of 4:24.25 (1,500m), 9:40.99 (3K) and 16:26.68 (5K).
 
In High School: Was a two-time all-conference selection and two-time sectional qualifier for head coach John Steele at Truman High School ... Was a member of the Quill and Scroll Honor Society and was named to the Honor Roll.
