Indoor Track: Ran two races unattached during the indoor season at UCM’s home meets, both in the 3,000m … His 9:17.19 at the UCM Classic was his best of the season.

Outdoor Track: Competed in the 5,000m race at the MIAA Championships taking 21st place in 15:53.31 … Ran a season-best time of 15:21.93 for the 5K at the WashU Invite and set a PR of 4:11.75 for 1500m at the MSSU Invite.

2015-16
Cross Country: Ran in all five races for UCM in 2015 … Was named All-Region after placing 22nd at the NCAA Regional Championship, in a 10K PR time of 31:19.35 … Was the second UCM finisher at the MIAA Championships, placing 12th and running an 8K personal-best time of 25:11.1 … Also set a new PR in the 6.4K, running 21:41.30 at the SBU Invitational … Placed second at the CMU Gary Stoner Invitational, running 26:07.29 for the 8,000m race ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Competed in two events at the MIAA Championships, the 3000m and 5000m runs where he placed 21^st and 16^th respectively … Ran an indoor personal-best in the 5K at the conference meet in 15:29.52 … Set a personal-best in the 3K at the PSU Gorilla Classic running 8:55.92.

Outdoor Track: Posted a top-10 finished at the MIAA Championships in the 5K running a personal-best 15:18.85 to finish ninth … Also set a personal-best in the 1500m at the MSSU Invitational running 4:16.55.

2014-15
Cross Country: Ran in all six races for the Mules as a freshman … Placed 58th at the NCAA Central Region Championships, running the 10K course in 33:34.70 … Placed third for the Mules at the MIAA Championships, running a personal-best 8K time of 25:56.84 … Had a pair of top-15 finishes at the Southwest Baptist Invitational and the St. Louis Pharmacy Fall Classic … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Ran the 5,000m run at the MIAA Championship, finishing 13th in a personal-best 15:32.07 … Ran a season-best 3K time of 9:05.20 at the UCM Classic.

Outdoor Track: Finished in 12th place at the MIAA Championship in the 5K, running 16:01.03 … Ran a season-best 5K of 15:43.27 at the PSU Invitational.

In High School: Ran for Liberty North High School and coach Dave Chatlos ... Three-time cross country All-Conference honoree (2011-13), two-time district champion (2012-13), two-time All-State ... Helped his team to the 2014 Missouri State track championship ... 2013 conference and district championship for 3200m ... Named All-State for 3200m in 2014.
