2015-16: (Indoor): Ran the third-fastest time at UCM in the 400m, running 47.92 at the MIAA Championships to finish fourth … Also ran on the fourth-place 4x400m relay at the conference championships which ran 3:16.44 … Set a personal-best in the 600 yard run at the UCM Classic, running 1:13.39 ... (Outdoor): Like the indoor season, also ran 47.92 for the 400m at the MIAA Championships which placed fourth overall … Ran on both the 4x400m relay which took second at the conference meet in 3:13.12 and the 4x100m that placed sixth in 41.84 … Provisionally qualified for nationals in both the open 400m and as a part of the 4x400m relay team … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2014-15: (Indoor): Qualified for the NCAA National Championship meet in the open 400 dash and with the 4x400m relay team … Set an indoor PR of 48.18 in the event at Grand Valley, fourth-fastest indoor 400m in school history…Finished 17th in the national meet … Placed second in the 400m dash at the MIAA Championships running 48.63 … Was a part of the school-record setting indoor 4x400m relay team that ran 3:11.59 at Grand Valley … Set a personal-best in the shot put, throwing 42’ 7.5” … (Outdoor): Set a personal-best in the 400m, breaking 48-seconds, running 47.95 in the MIAA Conference Championship preliminary round … Came in sixth place at the conference meet in the 400m dash running 48.83 … Ran at NCAA Nationals with the 4x400m relay team and was named an All-American as they finished in fifth place with a time of 3:10.36 … Was a part of the second-fastest outdoor 4x400m relay in school history, when UCM ran 3:10.18 at the Sam Williams Twilight Qualifier.

2013-14: (Indoor): Competed in the heptathlon and scored a career-best 4852 at the Happy Holiday’s Multi Meet, finishing fifth ... Was a part of the first place 4x440yd relay team at the UCM Classic ... (Outdoor): Competed mostly in the 400m dash and 4x100m and 4x400m relays ... Ran in both relays at the MIAA Championships, placing third in both events to earn All-MIAA Honors ... Also placed sixth in the open 400m dash at the championship meet ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Before UCM: Nine-time state champion in the state of Kansas ... Earned 11 All-State honors while at Moscow HS ... Named All-Area Athlete of the Year after junior and senior seasons of 2011 & 2012 ... Four-time All-Conference Team ... Won state titles as a sophmore as member of the 4x400m and 4x800m teams ... Picked up four more state crowns, defending his two relay titles as a junior while adding 100m and 200m titles ... Claimed the state title in 100m, 200m and 400m as a senior ... Also earned All-State honors in football.
