Cross Country: Ran in all seven races for the Mules ... Had a season-best 8K at the FHSU Open, running 27:11.6 ... Finished 64th at the MIAA Championships, running 28:05.57 for the 8K race ... At the NCAA Region Championships, set a 10K PR, running 33:36.92 and finishing 67th overall and sixth for the Mules ... Ran 35:31.7 for the 10K at the NCAA National Championship race ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the 2017-18 season.

Indoor Track: Competed in four indoor meets running all events from the mile-5,000m ... Set personal-bests in the mile (4:40.24) and the 3,000m (9:06.78) ... Ran 15:51.96 for 5K at the PSU Gorilla Classic.

Outdoor Track: Set personal-bests in the 5K and 10K races during the season ... Started the outdoor season with a PR in the 10K at the Washington University Distance Carnival, running 31:56.38, the fastest 10K of the season for the Mules ... Competed in the event at the MIAA Championships, running 33:38.60 and placing 15th ... At the Mule Relays, set a PR in the 5K, running 15:20.92 and placing fourth.

2016-17
Cross Country: Set personal-bests at the 8K and 10K distances … Ran at the NCAA Central Region, finishing 107^th and fifth for UCM in 33:41.61 … Finished 12^th at the Missouri S&T Classic, running a personal-best 26:13.99 for 8K … Placed 13st at the SBU Invitational, running 25:25.51 for four miles ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Ran the 5K at the MIAA Championships and finished 24^th in 15:59.14 … Set a season-best in the event at the UCM Mule Relays when he ran 15:51.01 … Twice ran the 3K and came up with a season-best time of 9:17.79 at the UCM Classic.

Outdoor Track: Finished 13^th at the conference meet in the 10K running a personal-best 32:09.33, the fastest 10K time for UCM on the year … Also set PR’s in the 3K and the 5K, running 9:14.51 for 3K at the Missouri S&T Invite and 15:37.39 for 5K at the Wash U Invite … Also ran two 1500m races, with a season-best 4:16.08 coming at the MSSU Invite.

2015-16
Cross Country: Ran in all five races as a freshman … Set a season-best in the 8K at the MIAA Championships, running 26:37.6, placing 48th and scoring for the UCM … Ran at the NCAA Central Region Championships, completing the 10K in 33:47.64 ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Ran a 9:22.17 3000m at the UCM Mule Relays and 4:41.28 mile at the PSU Invitational, both season bests.

Outdoor Track:  Placed 23^rd at the MIAA Championships in the 5K running 16:41.83 … Set a personal-best in the 5K running 16:04.87 at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown … Also ran 4:14.36 for 1500m at the Missouri S&T Invitational.

In High School: Earned four letters in both cross country and track and field at Marshall High School ... Three-time cross country All-Conference selection ... Also twice named All-District and one time to the All-State team ... On the track, was the 3200m conference champion as a senior and named All-Conference in 2015 for both the 1600m and 3200m events ... In 2015, named All-District and All-Sectional in the 3200m run.

Personal: Majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in coaching and sport nutrition ... Married to Amanda Glenski.
