2016-17: Competed unattached during the indoor season and did not compete outdoors.

2015-16: Redshirted during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

In High School: Competed in track and field at Staunton High School … Named All-Conference as a junior and senior … Won the long and triple jumps and the 100m dash at the Illinois State Championships … Placed second as a junior and third as a sophomore in the long jump and fourth in the triple jump as a junior … Named MVP both junior and senior year … Also played football and was named All-State, All-Conference and All-American and helped Staunton finish second in the state championship.

Personal: Son of Mark and Cheryl Sitko … Majoring in Automotive Technology.
