2014-15: (Indoor): Set the new school record in the 800m running 1:49.84 at the Grand Valley Big Meet, fifth fastest time in the nation … Placed 11th at the NCAA Championships in the event running 1:53.13 … Also was a member of the school record setting 4x400m relay team which ran 3:11.59, also at Grand Valley … Was named an All-American after the 4x400m relay finished fifth at the NCAA Championships in 3:14.41 … Also ran the third-fastest time at UCM in the 600 yard run at the UCM Invite, running 1:11.75 … Set an indoor PR in the open 400m dash, running 49.40 to provisionally qualify for nationals at the UCM Mule Relays … Won both the 800m (1:53.00) and as a part of the DMR team (10:15.65) at the MIAA Championships … (Outdoor): Once again was named an All-American in the 4x400m relay as they placed fifth in 3:10.36 … Ran the second-fastest 4x400m relay time at UCM in 3:10.18 at the Sam Williams Twilight … Placed 13th in the 800m at nationals, running 1:51.64 … Set a new school-record in the event, running 1:49.79 to win at the ESU Relays … Tied for the seventh-fastest time in the open 400m dash, sprinting to 47.77 at the Pittsburg State Gorilla Classic and provisionally qualify for nationals … Won the 800m run at the MIAA Championships in 1:50.34 and came in second with the 4x400m relay team in 3:12.36.

2013-14: (Indoor): Ran the 600yd. and 800m events ... Was named All-MIAA in the 800m, finishing third at the MIAA Championships in 1:53.33 ... Ran an indoor personal-best 1:52.21, the second-fastest in school history at the Grand Valley Big Meet and finished 10th ... Was also a part of the fourth-place 4x400m relay at the MIAA Championships ... (Outdoor): Named All-MIAA finshing second at the MIAA Championships, running a season-best 1:50.94 ... Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the event and finished 14th in 1:52.40 ... Won the 800m at the UCM Mule Relays and Pittsburg State Gorilla Invite ... Was a part of the third-place 4x800m at the Drake Relays ... Named to the MIAA All-Academic Team.

2012-13: (Indoor): Finished 13th in the 800m dash at the NCAA Championships ... Won the 800m dash at the MIAA Championships ... Was apart of the 4x400 relay team, placing 2nd at the MIAA Championships ... (Outdoor): Finished 3rd in the 800m dash at the NCAA Championships with a personal record of 1:49.57 ... Won the 800m dash three times, at the UCM Mule Relays, the MIAA Championships, and the Sam Williams Twilight Qualifier ... Placed 11th as a member of the 4x400 yard relay at the NCAA Championships ... Also placed in the 4x400 yard relay at the MIAA Championships, finishing 3rd.
