Biography

As a sophomore: Lovejoy finished 11-16 overall and 7-8 duals. He recorded three pins during the season, with his fastest pin coming in 46 seconds in the dual against Central Baptist. Lovejoy competed at regionals where he went 1-2 with a victory over the No. 4 ranked wrestler at 197 pounds.

As a freshman: Lovejoy went 8-12, with three falls and a technical fall. He took fourth at the Simpson Invitational, and fifth at the Roger Denker Open. Lovejoy also competed at the MIAA and Regional tournament for the Mules. 

In high school: Lovejoy was a four-time letter winner, and placed fourth at state one time. He also played football, helping his team to two state titles. 

Personal: Majoring in business management ... Son of Steve and Jo Lovejoy.
