2016-17: (Indoor): Finished in third place in the 600 yard run at the MIAA Championships in a 1:12.93, after running a season-best 1:12.76 in the preliminary round … Was also a member of the Mules 4x400m relay team at the conference meet that took second place in 3:18.87 … Set an indoor personal-best in the 800m at the PSU Gorilla Classic, running 1:53.85 to move to seventh place on the all-time UCM list ... (Outdoor): Earned his third All-American award in the 4x400m relay, helping the Mules to a third-place finish in a season-best time 3:10.37, the third fastest relay in UCM history … Finished fourth in the MIAA in the 800m where he ran 1:53.61 after setting a season-best in the prelims, 1:53.15 … Was on the Mules third place 4x400m relay team that ran 3:10.86 … Set a new personal-best in the 400m dash, running 48.55 at the ESU Relays … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and an MIAA Scholar-Athlete.

2015-16: (Indoor): Took second place at the MIAA Championships in the 600 yard run, running a personal-best 1:10.76, third-fastest time in school history … Also ran on the 4x400m relay at the conference meet, which took fourth place in an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 3:16.44 … Set season-bests in the 400m with a time of 50.77 at the UCM Invitational and 1:56.28 for 800m at the Pitt State Indoor Gorilla Classic … Won the 800m at the UCM Classic, running 1:58.75 ... (Outdoor): Ran a personal-best 1:52.56 for 800m in the preliminary round of the MIAA Championships, seventh-best all-time at UCM and finished eighth in the finals running 1:58.82 … Again ran on the NCAA provisional-qualifying 4x400m relay team which ran 3:13.12 to place second at the MIAA Championships … Competed at the Drake Relays where he finished 13th in the Sprint Medley Relay which ran 3:33.39 and ninth in the 4x400m relay on a team that ran 3:13.53 … Set a new PR in the open 400m dash, running 49.81 at the ESU Relays … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll and an MIAA Scholar Athlete.

2014-15: (Indoor): Named All-American after finishing in fifth place as a part of the 4x400m relay team at the NCAA Championships, which ran 3:14.41 … Ran the 400m and 800m races during the indoor season … Was named All-Conference after finishing second at the MIAA Championships in the 600 yard run, running 1:13.59 … Set a personal-best in the event in the preliminary round, running 1:13.03 … (Outdoor): Again ran at the NCAA Championships with the 4x400m relay team and was named All-American, finishing in fifth place with a time of 3:10.36 … Was a part of the second-fastest 4x400m relay in school history which ran 3:10.18 at the Sam Williams Twilight … Finished in second-place in the 4x400 at the MIAA Championships that ran 3:12.36 … Also ran the open 800m run at the conference meet, finishing in 15th place with a PR time of 1:55.44.

2013-14: Redshirted both indoor and outdoor seasons, competed unattached.

Before UCM: Captured a conference championship and qualified for the state meet as a senior for head coach John Hamilton at Pleasant Hill High School ... was a two-time Academic All-Conference honoree as well ... also lettered four years in football and wrestling and qualified for the state wrestling tournament in 2013.
