Cross Country: Raced in five meets during the 2016 season … Was Central Missouri’s top finisher at the Kansas Rim Rock Classic, running 26:43 for the 8K race … Set a new personal-best at the distance at the MIAA Championships … Was UCM’s third placer at the conference meet, crossing the tape in 26:25.12 at the 8K distance to place 48th … Raced in the Central Region Championships, where he took 72^nd, running 33:07.90 ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Ran a personal-best 3K at the MIAA Championships, finishing 27th in 9:06.66 … Also ran the 5K at the conference meet, crossing the line in 15:36.08 for 17th place … Ran an indoor PR 5K time of 15:33.03 at the UCM Classic.

Outdoor Track: Again ran the 5K at the MIAA Championships and finished 11th overall in a personal-best time of 15:32.98 … Set a new PR as well in the 1500m at the MSSU Invite, running 4:14.92.

2015-16
Cross Country: Competed in all five races for the Mules … Set personal-bests in all three distances raced … Placed 44th at the MIAA Championships in a PR time of 26:25.60 for 8K … Scored for the Mules finishing fourth on the team at the NCAA Central Region Championship, running 32:25.20 and setting a PR for the 10K … Ran 21:46.88 for 6,400m and finished 18th with a new PR at the SBU Invitational ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Was on the ninth place DMR relay team at the MIAA Championships … Mostly ran the 3000m, running a season-best 9:16.09 at the UCM Classic.

Outdoor Track: Ran the 5000m at the MIAA Championships where he finished 20^th running 16:09.81 … Ran a personal-best 16:02.77 in the event at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown.

2014-15
Cross Country: Competed in five races in his first season with the Mules … Had a top-20 finish at the St. Louis Pharmacy Fall Classic, where he finished 19th in an 8K personal-best time of 27:08 … Ran at the MIAA Championships where he placed 57th with a time of 27:23.75 … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Primarily ran the mile, setting a season-best 4:38.92 at the UCM Classic … Ran the 3K at the Indoor Mule Relays and set a PR of 9:14.04.

Outdoor Track: Ran a season-best 4:16.26 1500m at the Pittsburg State Gorilla Classic … Ran a 16:23.07 5K at the Outdoor Mule Relays.

In High School: Ran at Raymore-Peculiar High School ... Was a Four year letter winner and team MVP ... Named first team All-Conference and first team All-District ... Placed 20th at the Missouri State meet.
