2019-20: Was the Mules top triple jumper last year and ranked 20th in the nation ... Placed fourth in the event at the MIAA Championships jumping a season-best 48-11.5 ... Won the triple jump at two UCM home meets ... Once again made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... Outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.Â
2018-19:(Indoor): Placed second in the long jump at the UCM Mule Relays with a leap of 22-8...Went on to compete at the MIAA Indoor Championships where he had a personal best in triple jump with a mark of 23-3.25 placing ninth and another personal best in triple jump with a mark of 51-3.75 and placed second... Competed in the triple jump at the NCAA Championships and placed ninth with a mark of 49-4.25...
(Outdoor): did not compete...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
2017-18: (Indoor): Had a top finish at the Mule Relays placing first with a mark of 47-3...Also ran the 60m dash with a new personal best of 7.13 where he placed sixth at the Mule Relays...
(Outdoor): Was the teams top triple jumper outdoors, jumping a personal best of 50-7.25 for the season...Had his top finish at the MIAA Outdoor Conference Meet where he placed and scored for the Mules with the jump of 50-7.25 placing fourth...He went on to travel to the NCAA Outdoor National Championships where he competed in the triple jump...Jenkins had a leap of 45-11.75 to put him in twenty-second place at the National Meet...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.Â
2016-17: (Indoor): Was the Mules top triple jumper of the season, jumping a season-best 45-7 at his first collegiate meet, the UCM Invite … Placed 12
th at the conference meet in the event with a mark of 45-5.25 … Also ran in the 60m dash at two UCM home meets, with a season-best time of 7.14 coming at the UCM Invite ...Â
(Outdoor): Scored for the Mules at the MIAA Championships in the long jump where he set a personal-best with a 23-5.5 mark, good for seventh-place … Unfortunately, got injured during the meet and was not able to compete in the triple jump at the conference meet … Set a personal-best in the triple jump at the ESU Relays jumping 46-4-25 … Twice ran the 100m dash and clocked in under 11 seconds in both races, with a season-best 10.95 coming at the Missouri S&T Invitational … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.Â
In High School: Was a member of the Pattonville High School track team in St. Louis, Mo. … Placed sixth in Class 5 in the triple jump and fifth as a part of the 4x100m relay as a senior … Named First Team All-Conference with the 4x200m relay … Received the Pattonville Outstanding Athletic Achievement Award and Scholar Activity Award … Also played basketball for two years.
Personal: Son of Debrit and Margalyn Jenkins … Majoring in Graphic Design.
