2019-20
Cross Country: Ran in four meets during the season ... Had a season-best 8K time of 29:17.7 at the Chile Pepper Invitational (Oct. 5) ... Started the season with a 22:34.41 four mile at the Southwest Baptist Invitational (Sept. 7).

Indoor Track: Had a season-best mile time of 4:33.03 coming at the Indoor Gorilla Classic (Feb. 14) ... Placed fourth in the 3K at the UCM Mule Relays (Feb. 8) running 9:19.68.

2018-19
Cross Country: Ran in all seven races during the season ... Set a season-best in the 8K at the Kansas Rim Rock Classic (Sept. 15) running 27:00.6 ... Ran at the MIAA Championships (Nov. 3) finishing in 28:36.4 ... In his first 10K, ran 35:20.7 at the NCAA Regional Championship (Nov. 17).

Indoor Track: Ran most of the middle distance races and set a PR in the mile at the MIAA Championships (Feb. 23) running 4:24.9 to place 19th ... Placed sixth in the 1000m at the UCM Mule Relays (Feb. 2) running 2:40.33.

Outdoor Track: Focused mostly on the 1500m running that in three of four meets ... Set a season-best at the Outdoor Mule Relays running 4:11.40 ... Finished 22nd at the MIAA Championship (May 4) finishing in 4:20.16.

2017-18
Cross Country: Competed in two races during the season, running 21:15.6 for 6K at the Central Methodist Invitational and 30:30.50 for 8K at the Roy Griak Invitational. 

Indoor Track: Ran in four meets, competing in the mile and 3,000m races ... Had a season-best 4:36.93 for the mile at the UCM Classic in his final indoor race and ran 9:12.32 for 3K at the MSSU Lion Open.

Outdoor Track: Ran in the middle-distance races of 800m and 1500m ... Had a season-best 800m time of 2:05.06 ... Placed eighth at the UCM Mule Relays in the 1500m, running a season-best 4:09.66, third fastest for the Mules during the season.

In High School: Ran cross country and track at St. Francis Borgia Regional High School in Washington, Mo. ... Named to the All-Conference team for cross country in 2015 and 2016 and was All-State his senior year, finishing in 25th place for Class 3 ... Also as a junior, made the All-Conference team for the 1600m and 3200m races on the track.

Personal: Son of Jared and Anne Lause ... Majoring in Computer Science.
