2018–19:(Indoor):Competed mainly in the long jump and triple jump...Placed first in the long jump at the UCM Classic(Feb. 16) with a leap of 22-7.75...Competed at the Conference meet and had his best performance in the Triple Jump wit a mark of 46-11.76 placing ninth... (Outdoor): Placed second in long jump at the Emporia State Relays(Mar. 30) … Had his best performance in both at the MIAA Championships jumping 24-2.5 in long jump and jumping his personal best in the triple jump with a leap of  48-2.5...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll

2017-18: (Indoor): Improved his personal best in long jump with a leap of 23-10.75, the second best on the team. Competed in the event at the MIAA Indoor Championships placing ninth at 22-3.75... Alumbaugh also competed in the triple jump with a personal best indoors at 45-1.5 at the Mule Relays... (Outdoor): Again competed in the long jump at the conference meet and scored for the Mules taking fifth with a mark of 23-10.25... Also competed in the triple jump with a new personal best of 46-2.75 at the Sam Williams Twilight Qualifier...Alumbaugh also participated in the javelin throw with a mark of 166-9 at the Wendy's/PSU Invitational...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2016-17: (Indoor): Had the team’s best indoor long jump of the season with a mark of 22-8.5 …  Competed in the event at the MIAA Championships and took third at 22-4.25 … Also performed in the triple jump at conference and finished 18^th at 42-8.25 … Had a season-best in the triple of 44-2 which came at the PSU Invitational ...(Outdoor): Again competed in the long jump at the conference meet and scored for the Mules taking fifth-place with a personal-best jump of 23-6.25, the Mules top mark of the outdoor season … Jumped a season-best 44-0.75 in the triple jump at the SBU Invite and threw the javelin as well, with a season-best throw of 165-1 at the PSU Gorilla Classic … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.   

In High School: All-State jumper for Odessa High School … Conference champion in the triple jump in 2013, 2015 and 2016 and the long jump in 2015… All-State in both the triple jump and javelin in 2016, All-State in the long jump in 2015 … Academic All-State in 2015-16 and four times named Academic All-Conference … Also played football and basketball winning a football district championship and basketball conference championship in 2016.

Personal: Majoring in Mechanical Engineering Technology … Son of Michael and Janet Alumbaugh.
