2017-18: (Outdoor): Threw the javelin for the Mules again this season...Set a personal-best in the first meet of the season with a throw of 165-7 placing him tenth at the Wendy's/PSU Invitational...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor 
Roll.

2016-17: (Outdoor): Competed in the javelin in six meets with a personal-best throw of 164-2 coming in his final meet, the PSU Last Chance Qualifier … Threw further than 150 feet in five of six meets … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2015-16: Redshirted during the indoor and outdoor seasons … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In High School: Competed at Huntley High School where he also played football and lacrosse.

Personal: Son of Tim and Jennifer Nehlsen… Majoring in Exercise Science.
