High School: A key distance runner for the Warrensburg Tigers, Akinbohun left his mark on the program's record books… Ran a personal-best 1,600-meter time of 4:23.52 at the 2025 KC Metro Mile Championships, ranking third all-time in school history… Qualified for the 2025 MSHSAA Class 4 State Championships, where he placed ninth in the 1,600 meters (4:25.09) and 15th in the 3,200 meters (10:19.14)… Also produced a career-best 3,200-meter time of 9:56.00 during his senior campaign… A strong cross country runner, he helped Warrensburg compete at the district and state levels.
