2024-25: Indoor: Competed in five meets, securing four event victories… Won the 800-meter run (2:00.45) and ran a leg on the winning distance medley relay team (11:06.57) at the UCM Invitational… Clocked a personal-best mile time of 4:24.27 at the Washburn Open… Also won the mile (4:27.11) and 4x400-meter relay (3:41.58) at the Friday Night Lights Last Chance meet… Outdoor: Focused on the 1,500-meter run, recording a season-best time of 4:23.36 at the David Suenram Gorilla Classic.

2023-24: Redshirted the outdoor track season… Cross Country: Competed in four meets as a true freshman… Made his collegiate debut at the SBU Bearcat Invitational, running 21:55.21 (4-mile)… Recorded a season-best 8k time of 28:48.14 at the Brian T. Simpson Invitational.

High School: A standout distance runner at Liberty North High School… A three-time All-Conference selection… Played a pivotal role in helping the Eagles capture the 2022 MSHSAA Class 5 State Championship… Owned high school personal bests of 15:53 in the 5k, 4:22 in the 1,600 meters, and 1:59 in the 800 meters.
