High School: A standout multi-sport athlete at Topeka Hayden High School… Six-time KSHSAA state champion in track and field… Won the Class 4A state title in the 400 meters as a freshman in 2022 and captured the Class 3A 400-meter crown as a junior in 2024… Also a two-time state champion in the long jump… Helped the Wildcats set a Class 4A state meet record in the 4x400-meter relay… Left high school with personal bests of 48.30 seconds in the 400 meters, 21.92 seconds in the 200 meters and 23 feet, 1 inch in the long jump… Also a star on the football field, earning a selection to the 2025 Kansas Shrine Bowl… A finalist for the Sports in Kansas Class 3A Offensive Player of the Year and a consensus All-State selection who helped Hayden to two state runner-up finishes.
