2024-25: Indoor: Competed primarily in the 3,000-meter run… Clocked a personal-best time of 9:37.56 at the Friday Night Lights meet… Also ran the 3,000 meters at the UCM Invitational, finishing in 9:50.97… Outdoor: Did not compete.

Prior to UCM: Ran for two seasons at Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City… 2023 Cross Country: Placed fourth at the NJCAA Region XVI Championships with an 8k time of 29:32.3… Competed at the NJCAA Division II National Championships, finishing the 8k course in 29:13.4… Also ran at the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships (1:26:51.0).

High School: A graduate of Lee's Summit West High School… Ran for head coach Micheal Shortino… Recorded high school personal bests of 16:18 in the 5k and 9:59 in the 3,200 meters.
