2024-25: Outdoor: Set a personal record in the 5,000-meter run at the UCM Mule Relays, crossing the line in 15:42.13… Also competed in the 1,500 meters, posting a season-best time of 4:24.96 at the Pittsburg State Tune-Up… Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll… Indoor: Competed primarily in the 3,000 meters, running a career-best time of 9:02.55 at the Friday Night Lights meet… Cross Country: Competed in three meets… Recorded a season-best 8k time of 27:31.9 at the Missouri Western Griffon Invite.

2023-24: Outdoor: Ran the 5,000 meters at the UCM Mule Relays (16:00.83)… Cross Country: Competed in four meets… Posted a season-best 8k time of 28:11.6 at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival… Selected to the MIAA Newcomer Academic Honor Roll.

In High School: Was a four-time All-State track and two-time All-State cross country selection for head coach Ryan Pate at Stockton High School... Helped the Tigers win a pair of team state titles in cross country in 2021 and 2022... Was a member of two district championship cross country teams while helping them win four conference championships. 

Personal: Son of Justin and Sheri Adams... Both Justin and Sheri were members of the cross country and track teams at UCM... Majoring in Sport Management.
