Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Mules... Ran a personal-best time of 24:54.5 in the 8k at the MIAA Championships (Nov. 5) finishing in 24th place... Placed 27th at the Central Region Championships (Nov. 19) 8k with a time of 30:24.6... Had a third place finish at the Broder War XC Championships (Oct. 7) with a time of 25:11.6... Placed 16th at the Missouri Southern Stampede (Sept. 17) with a time of 25:08.1.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Mules... Scored four points for the Mules in the 5k at the MIAA Championships (Feb. 24) with a personal-best time of 14:37.36 finishing in fifth place... Placed 16th in the 3k at the MIAA Championships (Feb. 24) with a personal-best time of 8:35.44... Ran the 3k at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 2) in 8:39.73 placing eighth... Placed third in the mile at the UCM Mule Relays (Jan. 27) with a time of 4:29.15.
Outdoor Track: Competed in four meets for the Mules... Scored three points for the Mules in the 10k at the MIAA Championships (May 5) with a time of 31:38.80 placing sixth... Ran the 10k at the UCM Mule Relays (April 14) in a personal-best time of 31:22.73 placing first... Finished third in the 5k at the Wash U Distance Carnival (Mar. 31) with a time of 15:08.34.

Outdoor Track: Ran in four meets for the Mules... Secured a fourth place finish in the 1500m run with a time of 4:17.01... Ran a personal-best 31:41.74 at the MIAA Championships in the 10K.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Mules... Finished in seventh place at the UCM Invite in the 3K with a time of 8:58.67... Set a personal-best 8:46.79 in the 3K which was good enough for 21st place at the Bearcat Invite... Ran a personal-best 14:54.46 in the 5K at the MIAA Championships.
Cross Country: Ran in all seven meets for the Mules... Finished in 14th place in the four mile run with a time of 20:47.5 at the SBU Cross Country Invite... Ran a personal-best 25:52.4 in the 8K at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open... Helped the Mules take fifth place at the NCAA-II Central Regional Championships finishing with a time of 31:27.6 in the 10K which earned him 44th place.
In High School: Ran both cross country and track for the Tigers under Coach Collier... Was a five-time All-Conference selection in Track.... Earned All-Conference honors in cross country.
Personal: Son of Brett & Angela Palmer...Both parents ran cross country and track for then Central Missouri State... His sister Shelby ran cross country and track at Missouri State... His brother Colton runs cross country and track at UCM... Majoring in Computer Science.
