Cross Country: Ran in four races for the Mules, including the MIAA Championships ... Ran a season-best 8K at the FHSU Open, crossing the line in 27:52.2 ... Finished the 8K at the MIAA Championships in 28:16.09 to finish in 67th place ... Opened the year with a 20:41.02 four mile race at the SBU Invitational ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the 2017-18 season.

Indoor Track: Ran in three races and set two personal-bests during the indoor season ... Started the season with PR in the mile running 4:38.72 at the UCM Mule Relays ... Finished the year with a 9:20.12 3,000m run at the UCM Classic for his second PR of the season ... Also ran a 16:19.44 5K at the MSSU Lion Open.

Outdoor Track: Ran in two 5K races with a season-best 16:14.12 coming in his final race of the season at the Mule Relays ... Also ran the 1500m at the PSU Gorilla Classic, finishing in 4:25.39.

2016-17
Cross Country: Broke 28 minutes for the 8K at the Missouri S&T Classic, crossing the line in 27:50.15 … Placed 33^rd for the Mules at the SBU Invitational, running 26:19.59, placing 33^rd, seventh for the Mules ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor Track: Also ran the 3K and 5K races at UCM’s home meets … Set a personal-best in the 5K running 16:17.70 at the Mule Relays … Ran 9:20.42 at the UCM Classic.

Outdoor Track: Competed in the 1500m and 5K races with a season-best 1500m of 4:17.77 coming at the SBU Invite … Ran a season-best 16:23.02 at the Wash U Invitational to start his season

2015-16
Redshirted during the cross country, indoor track and outdoor track seasons, competed unattached... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In High School: Ran cross country and track and field at Bolivar High School ... Was the conference and district individual runner-up as a senior ... Named All-Conference three straight years (2012-14) and All-State in 2014 as the Liberators were the district champions ... As a senior on the track, helped set a 4x800m relay conference record and was named All-Conference for the event ... Helped Bolivar to the 2014 team conference championship.
