2021-22: (Indoor): Placed 14th in the long jump at the 2022 MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 6.49m (21' 3.5'') ... Won the long jump at the UCM Mule Relays with a mark of 6.71m (21' 3.5'') ... (Outdoor): Placed 13th at the 2022 MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the long jump with a mark of 6.80m (22' 3.75'') ...  

2020-21: (Indoor): Competed in four meets including a 12th place finish in the long jump at the 2021 MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 7.03m (23' 0.75'') ... (Outdoor): Placed 14th at the 2021 MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a personal-best long jump of 6.95m (22' 9.75'') ... 

2019-20: Competed in just one meet during the indoor season, jumping 20-7 in the long jump at the Crimson and Gold Invitational ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... Outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19. 

2018-19:(Indoor): Competed in sprints/jumps in his first season with the Mules... set a personal best in the 60m at the Central Missouri Invite with a time of 7.46...His best overall performance was at the UCM Classic where he scored a personal best long jump of 21-0 and earned him second place overall...(Outdoor): Competed only in long jump during the outdoor season... Had his best jump and finish at the UCM Mule Relays with a mark of 21-4.25 finishing eighth...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In High School: Four time All-Conference academic honors...All-City Honors...All-State Honors...State Qualifier in the 4x100m relay...Also lettered in Football, Basketball, and Soccer...Member of the National Honors Society.

Personal: Computer Science major...Son of Berton and Christine Staib.
