• MIAA Academic Honor Roll (2019, 2020)

2019-20: Started the season with a personal-best in the heptathlon scoring 5059 points at the Happy Holidays Combined Events at Doane to place third and provisionally qualified him for nationals  ... Scored for the Mules by placing fifth in the heptathlon scoring 5043 points at the MIAA Championship ... Set numerous personal-bests in individual events during the season including the 60m dash, 60m hurdles, long jump, shot put and pole vault ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... Outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19. 

2018-19:(Indoor): Ran a personal best time in the 60H of 9.09 at the UCM Classic where he’s placed fifth overall... Went on to compete at the MIAA indoor championships where he competed in the heptathlon and placed eighth overall with a final score of 4784...(Outdoor): Ran a personal best time at the UCM relays of 23.58 in the 200m... Went on to Compete in the heptathlon again at the MIAA outdoor Championships where he improved his personal best score to 6394 and placed sixth overall...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2017-18: Redshirted in 2017-18.

In High School: Four year letter winner in track and field ... Was Conference champion in the high jump, triple jump and the 4x200m relay ... In four years competing at State, he helped his team place second overall twice ... Made All-State in the high jump and placed second two times as well as fifth ... Placed second and fifth in both the long and triple jumps ... Twice finished second in the 4x200m relay ... Also played football where he was twice named All-Conference as quarterback, punter, and defensive back ... Helped the Hornets win the Conference championship in 2013 ... KRES All-star and KMZU Dream Team in football and basketball ... Three-time All-Conference and All-District in basketball ... MBCA All-State basketball player ... Helped Salisbury High School win four Conference championships, two District championships and make the 2015 quarterfinals in basketball ...Also a State Qualifier in golf and helped his team become the District and Sectional champions in 2017.

Personal: Son of Brian and Krista Francis ... Majoring in Agriculture Business Management ... His father, Brian, played baseball for UCM ... Brother, Brady, also competes in track and field for UCM.
