• MIAA Academic Honor Roll (2019-20)

2019-20
Cross Country: Competed for UCM in three races during the season ... Started the year with a PR in the four-mile SBU Invitational (Sept. 7) running 23:01.1 ... Ran a season-best 8K at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (Sept. 21) completing the race in 29:03.9 ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

Indoor Track: Ran his first collegiate race on the track competing in the 3K at the UCM Invitational (Jan. 24) where he ran 9:59.81.

2018-19
Cross Country: Toed the line in six races as a freshman ... Set a season-best 8K time of 28:15.9 at the Kansas Rim Rock Classic (Sept. 29) ... Started the season running 25:45.6 for 7K at the SBU Invitational (Sept. 1) ... Ran a the MIAA Championship meet (Nov. 3), crossing the line in 31:23.0 for 8K.

Indoor Track: In his only meet of the season, ran 4:55.01 for the mile at the UCM Classic (Feb. 16).

Outdoor Track: Redshirted the outdoor season and competed unattached ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

In High School: Ran four years at Warrensburg High School on the track team and three for cross country ... Qualified for the State Championship all three years running cross country ... Three-time All-Conference selection, twice to the First Team as a junior and senior ... Also named First Team All-District in 2016 and 2017 ... Helped the Tigers to three conference cross country championships and one in track and field ... Finished in second place as a team for Class 3 as a senior at the Missouri State Championship meet ... Also played two years of soccer, finishing in third place at states as a freshman.

Personal: Son of Gary and Nancy Manning ... Majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy and Pre-Occupational Therapy.
