• MIAA Academic Honor Roll (2017, 18, 19)

2018-19
Cross Country: Ran in six races and once again set a new personal-best in the 8K running 26:53.0 at the Kansas Rim Rock Classic (Sept. 29) ... Finished third for UCM at the Mule Relays (Oct. 20), completing the course in 26:57.22 ... Scored for UCM at the conference meet (Nov. 3), running 27:28.2 for 8K and was the third Mule to cross the line.

Indoor Track: Competed in five meets during the indoor season ... Set a new personal-best at the MIAA Championships (Feb. 23), running 4:30.08 for the mile and finishing 24th ... Was also on the Mules distance medley relay team which took eighth at the conference meet ... At the UCM Classic (Feb. 16) ... won the 800m with a personal-best time of 2:01.05.

Outdoor Track: Was the Mules top 1500m runner and set a personal-best at the MIAA Championship (May 4) running 4:08.13 for a 17th place finish ... Opened the season with a personal-best 5K at the WashU Distance Carnival (Mar. 30) running 16:09.35 ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

2017-18
Cross Country: Ran in four races during the season, setting a season-best 8K at the FHSU Open, running 28:15.3 ... Ran 21:55.41 for four miles at the Southwest Baptist Invitational ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the 2017-18 season.

Indoor Track: Competed in the middle-distances races of 800m and 1500m during the season ... Set a personal-best in the mile running 4:34.06 at the UCM Classic ... Had a season-best 800m of 2:03.89 at the Mule Relays.

Outdoor Track: Set personal-bests in both the 800m and 1500m races ... Had the second-fastest 1500m time on the team, running 4:08.16 at the Mule Relays ... Opened the outdoor season with a 2:02.27 800m PR.

2016-17
Cross Country: Competed in the first four races of the season … Set a season-best for 8K at the Missouri S&T Classic, crossing the line in 27:47.52 … At the SBU Invitational, ran 26:44.28 for four miles ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

Indoor Track: Ran in mid-distance races for the Mules, setting season-best times of 2:04.64 for 800m and 4:38.05 for the mile.

Outdoor Track: Ran a 4:11.79 for 1500m at the MSSU Invite … Ran 2:06.36 for his only 800m race of the season. 

In High School: Four time All-Conference selection in cross country for Jackson High School … As a senior, was named a member of the 2016 All-Southeast Missouri Team and was a First-Team All-Region member … Qualified for the state meet in 2016 … Twice named All-District and was All-Sectional in 2016 … Helped Jackson HS to three cross country Conference Championships and a District Championship in 2015 … Also ran track and was a six-time conference champion, twice qualified for the state championships and All-State in the 4x800m relay.
