INDIANAPOLIS – University of Central Missouri Jennies Golf is ranked second in the most recent NCAA Division II Central Regional Rankings released on Friday, March 27, by the NCAA.
The Jennies are coming off their fourth tournament victory of the 2025-26 season after placing first at the Midwest Intercollegiate, March 17-18 at Silo Ridge Golf Club in Bolivar, Mo.
Central Missouri is one of nine MIAA women's golf teams ranked in the latest regional rankings. Rogers State, Arkansas-Fort Smith, Central Oklahoma, Washburn, Nebraska Kearney, Northwest Missouri State, MoWest, and Missouri Southern are all in the most recent rankings.
Following the MIAA Championship, the NCAA Central Regional will take place May 4-6 at the St. Joseph Country Club in St. Joseph, Mo.
Four regional tournaments, each comprising 54 holes, will determine the participants for the NCAA Women's Golf Championships. Eighteen teams from the East, Central, South, and West regions will compete, along with six individuals not affiliated with those teams.
The NCAA Championship is set for May 12-16 at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Central Missouri is scheduled to return to action April 5-7 at the Spring Regional Preview in Monkey Island, Okla., at Shangri-La Resort.Â
