MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla. – The No. 33 Central Missouri Jennies Golf team completed the second round of the Emerald Coast Collegiate on Monday, March 9, at Sandestin Resort – Baytowne, finishing the day eighth overall with a team score of 596 (+28) through 36 holes.
The Jennies shot 299 (+15) in Monday's round after opening the tournament with a 297 (+13) on Sunday.
Central Missouri received balanced scoring throughout the lineup as the Jennies head into the final round.
Hannah Mottert leads the Jennies at 3-over par (72, 73) through two rounds and sits tied for 15th individually.
Kiki Bruner and
Libby Green are both tied for 29th overall at 7-over par, posting scores of 72, 77, and 74, 77, respectively.
Ansley Giesselmann is tied for 41st at 10-over par (79, 73) after improving by six strokes in Monday's round, while Addison Davis is tied for 74th at 19-over par (85, 76).
No. 6 UT Tyler currently leads the team standings at even par through two rounds.
The Jennies will conclude play at the Emerald Coast Collegiate with the final round on Tuesday, March 10, at Sandestin Resort – Baytowne.
