DAYTON, Ohio – University of Central Missouri Jennies Golf's
Mia Rallo has earned a spot in the 2025 U.S. Women's Amateur Golf Tournament after tying for third at the U.S. Women's Amateur Qualifying Tournament on Thursday, July 10, at Walnut Grove Country Club in Dayton, Ohio.
A native of Wentzville, Mo., Rallo becomes the first golfer in UCM program history to earn a spot in the prestigious U.S. Women's Amateur.
Rallo, who is going into her senior season at UCM, tallied an 18-hole, 1-under par 71 to tie for third place and birdied her first playoff hole to punch her ticket to the U.S. Women's Amateur.
Last year in 2024-25, Rallo helped the Jennies to their first-ever NCAA-II Central Regional Championship and a National Runners-Up finish, going along with UCM's third straight MIAA Women's Golf Championship. She posted a team-best stroke average of 73.3 over 30 rounds and 12 tournaments and compiled a team-high nine top-10 finishes, including a team-best four top-five showings.
Rallo earned WGCA Second Team All-America honors and was selected as the MIAA Women's Golfer of the Year while also being named First Team All-MIAA and WGCA All-Central Region.
Ellie Yeazell (Cincinnati, Ohio), Eileen Park (Canada), and Emily Holzopfel (Rayland, Ohio) were the other U.S. Women's Amateur qualifiers from the Dayton tournament.
The 2025 U.S. Women's Amateur is scheduled for August 4-10 at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, Ore. The field features 156 competitors.
