CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – University of Central Missouri Jennies golf's
Rosie Klausner has been named a Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Second Team All-American, the organization announced Thursday, June 1. Klausner is the first All-American in Jennies golf history.
A redshirt senior from Olathe, Kan., Klausner earned All-American accolades after leading the Jennies with a 75.97 stroke average over a team-high 31 rounds. Klausner finished in the top-10 in eight of UCM's 12 events during the 2022-23 season, including six top-five performances. She ended her storied Central Missouri career with the best scoring average in program history at 76.5 over 121 rounds. She was a 2022-23 First Team All-MIAA honoree and WGCA All-Central Region selection.
The 2022-23 Jennies captured the program's first MIAA Women's Golf Championship and posted four tournament victories. UCM finished in the top-10 in all 12 of its tournaments during the season.

About the Women's Golf Coaches Association
The Women's Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization representing women's collegiate golf coaches. The WGCA was formed to encourage the playing of college golf for women in correlation with a general objective of education and in accordance with the highest tradition of intercollegiate competition. Today, the WGCA represents over 700 coaches throughout the U.S. and is dedicated to educating, promoting and recognizing both its members and the student-athletes they represent.
