VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Central Missouri track & field picked up six more All-American honors on the second and final day of the 2023 NCAA Division II Indoor Championships Saturday, March 11, inside the Virginia Beach Sports Center. UCM ends the two-day meet with nine total All-American accolades.

In the final team standings, the Jennies finished seventh with 27 points while the Mules placed 15th with 17 points.

Jumps/Multi-Events

• After capturing All-American honors in the long jump Friday, Kayla Goodwin earned two more All-American accolades Saturday to run her career tally to eight. She finished as the national runner-up in the indoor pentathlon with a personal-best 4,018 points (third-best in school history) before placing third in the triple jump with a personal-best 12.84m (42-01.50) (second-best in school history).
• Claire Luallen earned her first All-American accolade as a Jenny after placing fourth in the indoor pentathlon with a personal-best tally of 3,920 points (fourth-best in school history).
• Cadman Evans finished as the national runner up in the high jump for his first All-American honor as a Mule, posting a mark of 2.18m (7-01.75).

Pole Vault

• The Mules' Reagan Ulrich and Jack Hodge both earned All-American honors in the pole vault Saturday. Ulrich posted his fourth-career All-American performance after placing fourth with a personal-best height of 5.25m (17-02.75) (fourth-best in school history) on his first attempt while Hodge compiled his second-career All-American honor in the event, finishing fifth after clearing 5.25m (17-02.75) on his second attempt.

The Mules and Jennies will now turn their attention to the 2023 Outdoor Season, which is slated to begin for both teams March 23-25 at the Emporia State Relays/Combined Events meet in Emporia, Kan.
