PITTSBURG, Kan. – University of Central Missouri track & field posted several strong performances, including a school record from
Brooklynn Holtman, at the Pittsburg State Crimson & Gold Invitational Saturday, Dec. 9, at the Robert W. Plaster Center.
Sprints/Hurdles
- Holtmann set a new school record in the women's 200m dash, posting a provisional time of 24.69 and finishing fourth. Her time ranks 12th-fastest in NCAA-II this season. She also compiled a personal-best time in the 400m dash, finishing 10th with a provisional 56.73. Her time in the 400 is seventh best in school history.
- Ariel Kerr placed sixth in the men's 60m dash with a personal-best and provisional time of 6.82. His time ties for sixth-fastest in school history.
- Parker Wormek finished seventh in the men's 60m hurdles with a provisional time of 8.06 – tied for seventh-fastest in NCAA-II this season.
- Connor McKee finished fifth in the men's 600-yard run with a time of 1:14.21.
Jumps/Throws
- Maggie Klover placed third in the women's long jump with a personal-best and provisional mark of 5.76m (18-10.75). Her mark ranks ninth best in school history and 11th in NCAA-II this season.
- Addison Snowball finished seventh in the men's weight throw with a mark of 17.18m (56-4).
The Mules & Jennies are scheduled to return to action January 19 when they host the UCM Invitational inside the Multipurpose Building.
