DESTIN, Fla. – No. 24 Central Missouri Jennies golf dropped one spot to fifth place after tallying a 12-over par 296 on the second day of the Emerald Coast Classic Monday, March 14, at Baytowen Golf Club.
The Jennies have a 36-hole team score of 31-over par 599 (303-296) going into the final round of play, which is slated for 7 a.m. CT (8 a.m. ET) Tuesday, March 15.
Nova Southeastern remained at the top of the leaderboard through two rounds at 12-over par 580 (290-290), followed by Anderson University (S.C.) and Henderson State, who are tied for second place at 21-over par 589, rounding out the top three teams. Â
Rosie Klasuner continues to lead Central Missouri individually after 36 holes and is tied for eighth at 5-over par 147 (73-74) while
Molly Saporito moved up four spots into the top 10, as she is tied for 10th at 6-over par 148 (74-74).
Claire Solovic is tied for 35th at 11-over par 153 (78-75),
Hayley Jones is tied for 50th at 14-over par 156 (83-73), and
Nicole Rallo is tied for 69th at 19-over par 161 (78-83), wrapping up the UCM scoring.
Lee University's Alex Naumovski took over the individual lead after 36 holes and sits at 3-under par 139 (73-66) going into the third and final round of play Tuesday.
