WARRENSBURG, Mo. (April 11, 2019) - Central Missouri men's basketball coach
Doug Karleskint has announced the signing of Dyllan Robinson, a 6-7 forward from Las Vegas, Nev. Robinson played this past season at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC), where he helped the Bears to a final record of 22-10.

"We're excited to welcome Dyllan into our program," said Karleskint. "He will have the opportunity to come in and help our team right away with his athletic ability and versatility on both ends."

"Offensively, he can play above the rim and make an impact not only in the half-court but in transition as well. Defensively, his ability to guard perimeter players and post players is going to benefit our scheme. We're really looking forward to having him on our team."

Robinson started 31 games for DMACC this season and averaged 11.7 points per game for head coach John Bowler. His season high of 21 points came on the road in a win over nationally-ranked North Iowa Area CC. In all, he scored in double figures 21 times during the season. Robinson led the Bears in rebounding with 6.1 per game, with a season-high of 16 coming in a win over Southwestern.

Nationally, he ranked 10
th in NJCAA Division II in FG percentage, shooting 62.2 percent from the floor. Robinson was named to the All-NJCAA Region XI second team.

"Dyllan comes to us from a very strong program, and Coach Bowler did a great job this past season of developing him for the next level," continued Karleskint. "He's played against outstanding competition in the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference, which is one of the top leagues in the country year in and year out."

Robinson will graduate from DMACC this spring and have two seasons of eligibility for the Mules.
