• Central Missouri continues their home stand with a mid-week game Tuesday, Feb. 26 against Truman State at 2 p.m.
• The Mules took two-out-of-three last weekend against Emporia State in their MIAA opener and stand at 7-5 in the 2019 season.
• The Mules will continue MIAA play this weekend when they host Northeastern State for a three-game set.Â

• Truman State is still seeking their first win of the season. They come to Warrensburg with an 0-7 record.
• The Bulldogs haven't had a winning season since 2015 when they finished 35-22 overall and won the Midwest Regional.
• As a team, Truman is hitting .171 which puts them 208th among 210 ranked Division II teams.
• Only Jack Goodwin is hitting above .300 at .308 with four hits in 13 at bats.Â
• In seven games, the team has scored just 11 runs. Goodwin has driven in three, the most on the team.
• While Truman hasn't gotten on base much, just a .256 on-base percentage, what they are doing when they reach is running. The Bulldogs have 11 stolen bases in 15 attempts this season.Â
• Truman has scored more than two runs in a game just once this season and have failed to score at least two in five.
• Bulldog pitchers haven't fared much better with a 9.92 team ERA. They've allowed 72 runs, 54 earned and given up 84 hits in 49 innings pitched.
• Rian Markes has pitched well though with a 2.45 ERA in 11 innings across two starts. He's struck out 10 batters and walked just three.

Kyle Crookes has a 151-77 (.662) record now in his fifth season as head coach at Central Missouri.
• In 2016, he won his first conference championship as head coach at UCM and the second title overall during his time in Warrensburg.
• During his first three seasons at the helm, 30 players have earned All-MIAA honors, including seven First Team nods. Seven players have earned All-Region honors, one All-American and two players have been selected in the MLB Draft.
• Coach Crookes added another MIAA Tournament Championship in 2018 and another 10 All-MIAA selections and one to the First Team, bringing the totals to 40 All-MIAA selections and eight to the First Team.Â

Mules Baseball: Winningest Team of the 2000s
• The Central Missouri baseball program has had unprecedented success in the last 25 years and has been even more impressive since the year 2000. The Mules were the winningest team in all divisions of the NCAA by victories (508) and percentage (.814, 508-116) from 2000-09. That success has continued through the 2010s.
• The Mules are 879-252 (.777) since the year 2000. An average of 46 wins per season over the last 19 years.
A Tradition of Excellence in Athletics
• Central Missouri has won a combined 215 MIAA conference championships in 14 league sports entering 2018-19 to lead all schools.
• UCM added another MIAA trophy as the Mules Indoor Track and Field team won their first conference title since 2013.Â
• The Mules Baseball MIAA Tournament Championship in 2018 was their 22nd in team history and the second MIAA Tournament Championship Central Missouri has won last year, joining Jennies Soccer.
