Elizabeth Leath led the Jennies at the Central Region Spring Preview with a +12, 156. The team finished 11th overall out of 19 teams, shooting a +84, 660.
Leath concluded the match with a second round score of +7, 79, after leading UCM through one round with a +5, 77 on Monday. She finished in the top-10 overall, tied for ninth.
Jordan Rehkow was second for the Jennies, finishing with a +21, 165. She tied for 38th overall. Finishing a stroke behind Rehkow was
Taelyn Entriken with a +22, 166. Entriken's +12, 84 second round was second for the Jennies on the day.
Rounding out the scoring for UCM was
Maranda Smith who shot a +29, 173 and finished tied for 68th.
Baylee Price of Northeastern State was the individual winner shooting a +5, 149. Augustana (S.D.) took home the team title with a +42, 618 score. Price's RiverHawks finished a stroke back at +43, 619.
The Jennies will turn their attention now to the MIAA Championships to be played next week, April 18-20 at the Swope Memorial Golf Course in Kansas City, Mo.
