STORY LINES
• The Mules continue their road trip at Southwest Baptist on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in the second of three straight road games. This will be the second meeting of the season between these two schools.
• The Mules are coming off an 82-76 win at Lindenwood on Saturday afternoon. The win clinched a top four seed for UCM in the MIAA Tournament and a bye to the quarterfinals in Kansas City.
• The Bearcats are coming off a 113-83 loss at Missouri Southern on Wednesday night.
• Entering the game the Mules sit alone in second place in the MIAA standings, a game ahead of Missouri Southern. The Mules are one game behind first place Northwest Missouri with threeregular season games left.

• This is the 109th season of Central Missouri Mules basketball.
• Central Missouri is third all-time in NCAA Division II men's basketball with 1,606 wins.
• In the Mules' 21 wins this season they are averaging 82.9 points per game and shooting 52 percent from the field. They are limiting opponents to 41 percent shooting and 65.6 points per game.

SERIES HISTORY VS SOUTHWEST BAPTIST
• This will be the 61st all-time meeting between Central Missouri and Southwest Baptist. The Mules lead the series 38-22, including a 20-6 edge during the Kim Anderson era.
• The Mules won the previous meeting this season, 69-56, back on Feb. 6 and have won six straight games in the series.
• UCM is 14-13 against Southwest Baptist in Bolivar, including a 7-4 mark under Anderson.
• The Mules have won two straight games in Bolivar and three of the last four.
LAST MEETING WITH SOUTHWEST BAPTIST
• The Mules held Southwest Baptist's MIAA-leading offense 30 points below their season average in a 69-56 win on Feb. 6 at the UCM Multipurpose Building.
• Central Missouri shot 48 percent from the field, while the Bearcats shot 43 percent from the floor and just 31 percent from three-point range.
• The Mules had 15 assists to 10 turnovers in the game. UCM forced 16 SBU turnovers, leading to 17 points.

TJ White led UCM with a career-high 17 points on a perfect 8 of 8 shooting from the field.

• A 10-3 run midway through the first half gave the Mules a 16-point lead in the early going. The Bearcats closed the half on a 15-5 run to pull within six at the intermission.
• UCM had 11 steals in the game.
SCOUTING THE BEARCATS
• Southwest Baptist enters the game at 13-12 overall and 6-10 in MIAA play following a 113-83 loss at Missouri Southern on Wednesday night.
• The Bearcats have won two of their three games since the last meeting with UCM, with the only loss coming at MSSU on Wednesday.
• SBU is averaging 85.0 points per game, but they give up 83.2 per contest. The Bearcats shoot 49 percent from the field and 37 percent from behind the three-point line.
• Opponents are shooting 47 percent from the field against SBU and 37 percent from three-point range. Opponents have attempted 59 more free throws than the Bearcats.
• Desi Barmore leads the team in scoring at 16.6 points per game, while Rashaad Brown-Peterson averages 15.7 points per contest.
• Menas Stephens leads the team in rebounding at 7.0 per game and also chips in 7.5 points per contest.
• The Bearcats get out-rebounded by the opposition by one board per game.
• SBU leads the conference averaging 18.2 assists per game, but they also average 14.5 turnovers per outing.
LAST TIME OUT • CENTRAL MISSOURI 82, LINDENWOOD 76 • 2/15/14
ST. CHARLES, Mo. -- The Central Missouri Mules shot 49 percent from the field and overcame a 17 point deficit at the free throw line in an 82-76 win over Lindenwood on Saturday afternoon at Hyland Arena.
   The Mules (21-4, 13-3 MIAA) were 30 of 61 from the field and hit 7 of 23 from beyond the arc for 30 percent in the win. UCM was 15 of 24 at the foul line compared to 32 of 39 for Lindenwood (10-16, 5-11 MIAA). The Lions were 19 of 40 from the field for 48 percent andmade 6 of 18 from three-point range for 33 percent.
   The Mules jumped out to an early lead and pushed that lead to 24-10 midway through the first half. The Lions made a run and closed to within 36-33 at halftime as they held the Mules without a field goal over the final 3:33 of the half.
   The Lions continued their tough defense out of the break as the Mules didn't make a field goal until under the 17:00 mark. The Lions took a 40-38 on a three from Tyler Ressel, but the Mules came back to grab a three-point lead at 45-42.
   A 9-2 run by LWU gave the Lions a 51-47 lead with 12:35 to play, but four straight points from
TJ White and a three from
Jordan Epps gave the lead back to UCM. The run turned into a 16-1 run that gave the Mules a 63-52 lead with 8:27 left in the game. The Mules were able to keep the Lions at bay as they tried to crawl back into the game.
   Lindenwood pulled to within four at 78-74 with :29 to play, but UCM iced the game away to garner their 21st win of the season.
   The win clinches a spot in the MIAA Tournament quarterfinals and a bye to Kansas City on March 7.

Daylen Robinson led UCM with 19 points and six assists.
Charles Hammork and White both had 14 points, while Epps finished with 11.
   Ressel led LWU with 24 points, while Brandon Marquardt finished with 17 and Darris Smith had 13.

• Central Missouri is 156-66 in MIAA play during the Kim Anderson era and 13-3 this season after the 82-76 win at Lindenwood last Saturday.
• The Mules were 13-5 in conference play last year and won a share of the MIAA regular season title for the second straight season.

• Central Missouri is 153-21 at the Multipurpose Building under Kim Anderson after beating Lincoln at home on Wednesday night.
• The Mules were 13-0 at home last season and have won 26 straight games at the Multi dating back to the 2011-12 season.

• The Mules are 32-27 all-time in the MIAA Tournament and 14-7 under Kim Anderson after going 3-0 and winning the tournament championship last season.
• This year's tournament will begin on Tuesday, March 4 with seeds No. 5-12 playing play-in games at the higher seeded school. The winners of those four games will advance to play at Kansas City's Municipal Auditorium March 7-9 along with the top four teams in the league, who all receive byes to Kansas City. • Now in his 12th season leading the Mules, Central Missouri head coach Kim Anderson has compiled a career record of 265-94 (.738).
• His .731 winning percentage entering the 2013-14 season ranks seventh among all active NCAA Division II coaches.
• He has led UCM to five MIAA regular season titles, more than any other coach in school history, four MIAA tournament championships, two Regional championships and two Final Four appearances.
