As a Redshirt Junior: Had another successful season coming out of the Mules bullpen making 21 appearances, second on the team and throwing 31.2 innings ... Pitched to a 2.84 ERA and a 3-1 record with 49 strikeouts against just eight walks and three saves ... Averaged 13.9 strikeouts per nine innings and shared the team-lead with a 6.1:1 strikeout-to-walk ratio ... Earned the win in the Mules Super Regional clinching game at Augustana (May 25) throwing 1.2 scoreless innings ... Struck out seven batters in three innings against Colorado-Colorado Springs (Feb. 9) ... Threw more than one inning in 12 of 21 games ... 

As a Redshirt Sophomore: Led the Mules making 24 appearances on the mound including one start … Compiled a 4-3 record and 4.44 ERA in 46.2 innings … Struck out 37 batters to lead all Mule relievers and averaged 7.1 strikeouts per nine innings … Earned the win in a Mules MIAA Tournament game against Emporia State (May 11) pitching three innings of one-hit ball with no runs and two strikeouts … Came to throw another two scoreless innings against the Hornets in the MIAA Tournament Championship game (May 13) … Struck out a season-high five batters in 3.2 innings to earn a win against Nebraska-Kearney (March 29).

As a Redshirt Freshman: Did not appear in any games for the Mules in 2017.

Before UCM: Redshirted at Johnson County Community College in 2016.

In High School: Was a three-year starter for head coach Dave Riley at Holden High School ... was a two-time Missouri High School Baseball Coaches All-State selection, earning first team honors as a junior and second team as a senior ... was the Missouri River Valley Conference Player of the Year in 2014, going 11-1 with a 0.68 ERA and registering 100 strikeouts in 62 innings of work, while helping the Eagles to a conference title ... fanned 100 batters in 55 innings with a 1.38 earned run average as a senior ... also lettered in wrestling and football ... was a three-time All-State performer in wrestling, placing sixth at 113 pounds at the state tournament as a senior and fourth as a junior.
