Awards & Honors 
• MIAA Academic Honor Roll (2017, 18, 19, 20)

As a Redshirt Junior: Battled through injuries and appeared in just eight games with four starts ... Took 15 at bats and hit .333 with five hits, including three doubles ... Drove in a pair of runs and scored four times ... Was a perfect 3-for-3 stealing bases ... Just came back from injury on the final day of the year after missing more than a month of time ... In a doubleheader against Fort Hays State (March 12) had five hits in nine at bats with two RBI and three runs ... Once again made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

As a Redshirt Sophomore: Played in 43 games and earned a starting role in left field ... Started the season red-hot with 14 hits in his first 31 at bats ... Ended the year hitting .303 with 42 runs scored and 21 runs batted in ... Had a .445 on-base percentage and was third on the team with 19 walks and second with 13 hit-by-pitches ... Of is 37 hits, 12 went for extra bases with nine doubles and three home runs ... Had a four-hit game against Northeastern State (Mar. 1) ... Came up big with runners on base hitting .352 and .500 with runners in scoring position ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the third straight season. 

As a Redshirt Freshman: Saw action in 22 games making three starts in the outfield … Hit .235 with four hits in 17 at bats, including a double … Often deployed as a pinch runner, scored seven runs and stole two bases … Drew two walks and was hit three times for an on base percentage of .409 … As a pinch hitter went 2-for-6 and his two pinch hits tied for the club lead … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

As a Freshman: Redshirted 2017 season and did not appear in any games ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

In High School: Was a three-time First Team All-Conference honoree for head coach Rob Simpson at Pattonville High School ... earned two All-District honors, a First and Second Team nod, and was named his team's Most Valuable Player ... helped his team to a pair of Suburban XII South Conference Championships ... also lettered four times in soccer and earned three First Team All-League honors and was a two-time Team MVP ... was named to the Honor Roll all four years.

Personal: Son of Paula Evans ... majoring in Actuarial Science.
