As a Sophomore: Dominated as the Mules closer picking up 10 saves with a 4-2 record and 2.23 ERA ... Threw 40.1 innings out of the bullpen in 24 appearances ... Threw more than one inning 10 times ... Twice came out of the pen to throw more than five innings ... Struck out 67 batters which was third on the team and his 14.9 strikeouts/nine innings led the Mules ... Threw 5.2 innings in the MIAA Tournament with 10 strikeouts against Missouri Southern (May 12) in an elimination game ... Opposing hitters hit just .162 against him for the season as he gave up just 23 hits and only seven extra-base hits ... Held left-handed hitters to a .128 batting average ... Was the MIAA Pitcher of the Week after throwing 5.1 hitless innings with nine strikeout against Missouri Southern (Apr. 7) ... Earned a save in the NCAA Division II College World Series getting the final two outs to hold off elimination against Colorado Mesa (June 3) ... Made three All-Region teams, the ABCA, D2CCA and NCBWA and was an All-MIAA First Team selection ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the second straight season.

As a Freshman: Was a major piece of the Mules bullpen as a freshman making 21 appearances and throwing 23.1 innings … Finished with an 0-1 record and 2.31 ERA with 32 strikeouts and just 13 hits and six earned runs allowed and earned two saves … Led UCM with 12.34 strikeouts/nine innings … Held opponents to just a .157 batting average … Lefthanded hitters were just 2-20 for a .100 average … Pitched three games during the MIAA Championship Tournament totaling 2.2 shutout innings with just one hit and two strikeouts … Ended the year with six straight games without allowing an earned run … Struck out four in two perfect innings to earn his first career save at Drury (March 7) … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In High School: Was a three year varsity letterwinner ... was three-time Second Team All-Eastern Kansas League Conference pitcher ... holds his high school's record in post season earned run average with a 0.00 ... helped his team win a Kansas Class 6A Sub-State Championship and a state Runner-Up finish in 2017 ... also competed in basketball for two seasons ... made the honor roll al four years of high school.
