UCM Awards & Honors 
• MIAA Academic Honor Roll (2024)

2024: Appeared in 25 sets over 13 matches for the Jens... Recorded 26.5 points, 25 kills, 11 digs, and three block assists... Had a season-high five kills against Drury (Sept. 20)... Earned the MIAA Academic Honor Roll award for her work in the classroom. 

2023: Appeared in 21 sets in 11 matches as a freshman for the Jens... Tallied 46 kills averaging 2.19 kills per set while recording 47 points on the year averaging 2.24 points per set... Recorded a match and season-high 16 kills at Emporia State (Sept. 22) adding a season-best four digs for good measure in the 3-1 victory... Recorded three matches with five or more kills including eight kills each against Pittsburg State (Sept. 30) and Nebraska-Kearney (Oct. 13). 

In High School: Was a First Team All-Region selection for head coach Nui Rubin and the Campo Verde High School Coyotes...  Bachali played for club coach Lamar Bryant and the East Valley Juniors... In addition to playing volleyball Bachali was also a member of the swimming and track teams for the Coyotes.. Along with her accomplishments on the volleyball court, Gillian has earned All-Academic Team honors for her efforts in the classroom.

Personal: Daughter of Shawn and Mandy Bachali... Majoring in aviation / professional pilot.
