As a Redshirt Junior: Played in 54 games making 51 starts ... Saw time at first base, second base and designated hitter ... Eventually took over as the starting second baseman and the team went 23-6 in his 29 starts there ... Hit .309 for the season with a .345 on base percentage and .517 slugging percentage ... Was second on the team hitting eight home runs and drove in 55 runs second-most in the MIAA ... Scored 33 runs while delivering 64 hits, 25 going for extra bases with 15 doubles, two triples and eight home runs ... Collected multiple hits in 17 of 54 games with three four-hit games ... Drove in multiple runs in 14 games ... Came through in clutch situations hitting .390 with runners in scoring position ... Drove in seven runs and hit three home runs at Missouri Southern (Apr. 7) ... Had five hits in 12 at bats with three RBI in the NCAA Division II World Series and made the All-World Series Team ... Also was on the All-MIAA Third Team and made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

As a Junior: Redshirted during the 2018 season and did not compete … Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

Before UCM: Played two years at Barton Community College under head coach Brent Briggs ... earned Second Team All-Conference honors in 2016 ... garnered First Team NJCAA All-American status in 2017.

In High School: Was a four year letterwinner at Lawrence High school ... earned All-Conference accolades in 2014 and 2015 ... named First Team All-State in 2015.

Personal: Son of Larry and Carrie Sinks ... majoring in finance.
